水木清華網（以下稱本網站）提供之圖像、文字、影音等著作，其著作權均為國立清華大學所有或經著作權人授權使用，受中華民國著作權法保護。
All images, texts, videos and materials of any other formats provided by the NTHU Memory Net are copyrighted materials of NTHU and or authorized for use by the original copyright holders. These materials are protected by the Copyright Law of the Republic of China.

二.

著作權期間經過，或不受著作權法保護之資料，任何人得於符合第四條的條件下，自由利用之。
For those materials out of the copyright protection time period, or not protected by the Copyright Law, anyone who has met the requirement of Item No. 4 [listed below] , can use them freely.

三.

任何人得依著作權法合理使用之規定，使用本網站資料。並得以超連結（hyperlink）方式連結本網站。其他使用，特別是商業目的之使用者，應先經本校書面同意始得為之。
Use of materials of NTHU Memory Net must follow the regulation of “Fair Use”. Hyperlink to NTHU Memory Net is permitted. All other uses, especially those of commercial nature, must receive in advance a written permission from NTHU.

第二、三條之使用者，使用時應註明著作人、本網站之名稱：「水木清華網」、網址及本校名稱：「國立清華大學」。並不得以歪曲、割裂、竄改或其他方法改變著作之內容、形式或名目，致損害著作人、著作內所引關係人及本校名譽之方法利用之。亦不得以侵害著作人、著作內所引關係人與本校名譽之方法利用之。
Those users described in Item Nos. 2 and 3, must state at the time of use the name of author, NTHU Memory Net with its URL, and NTHU. No content, naming, or format can be distorted, fragmented, altered, or modified.
